I have one really special bass for sale! What you're looking at is one of the best Fender basses I've had the experience of owning. Unfortunately I don't have a need for it at this time, or I would be holding onto it myself. This bass can do the Marcus Miller sound for sure, and has a really cool bite that's reminiscent of Geddy Lee's tone when playing finger style if you dig into it. This bass has none of the construction issues that plagued 70's basses. This bass is also very light being about 8.5 lbs! It has a one piece ash body, that is highly resonant, and some really great flaming on the neck, that I've tried to capture. This bass is the best vintage style bass you can get before paying thousands of dollars for for a custom shop instrument or paying for a vintage instrument that could be a gamble! I'm happy to answer any questions you have, so please feel free to massage me! This bad has one small mark only a couple millimeters in length on the back that was caused by taking it in and out of a rack of other instruments. It is in the back of the body and I could not pick it up on the natural gloss with even a high quality camera. Other than that, it is mint!
