They are called: Pure Vintage Bass Tuning Machine. I mine from here on talkbass classifieds. Keep checking everyday, once in a while, someone will post one for sale. You can also search for them on ebay, reverb, or amazon. They are pretty easy to install. You'll need a drill to drill new screw hole for them. There are plenty of resources on here that'll help you to successfully install one.
