This the prewired active preamp out of my Ibanez BTB745 bass. It's a good sounding preamp, I just use a different brand in my basses. It should be pretty easy to install and the pictures I attached below diagram where every wire connects and what every control is.
The controls are volume, blend, treble, mids, and bass, and there's a switch that allows you to choose 250Hz/450Hz/700Hz for your mid control. The preamp module has two different preamp voicings (BEQ3 or VM3) that you control by changing the voicing socket. You can choose between standard input or +6db input if you need more volume from your pickups.
This includes all of the mounting hardware, battery connector, and the knobs. I'm not including the input jack because it's a Neutrik locking jack that this bass uses and most people wouldn't (you'd probably use a standard Switchcraft TRS panel mount or barrel jack).

This picture is showing the output leads. The red wire connects to the red battery connector lead, and the black battery connector lead would be connected to the "sleeve" lug of your TRS jack.
This picture shows the pickup connectors. The two unjacketed wires are the pickup shield wires, which would be connected to ground.
The next two pics show lots of places where you can connect ground wires, like the pickup shield wires, cavity shield wires, and bridge ground.
