This was a $1400 printer brand new less than 2 years ago, and the company JUST stopped making them 2 months ago. Selling for 750 OBO - just about to make a cross-country move and only want to pack and transport one of my printers, so this one must go! You pick up or I can meet you halfway within a decent radius of DC.
This was my workhorse machine for the last couple years until I upgraded to an even bigger one. Large format delta printer, 280mm diameter build plate and 385mm height capable. Controlled over WiFi! no USB or SD-card-shuffling needed. Prints at up to 280C, heated glass bed can go to 110C. Delta printers I like better than standard cartesian (square gantry type) printers because the bed doesn't move at all, leading to fewer potential areas of the prints getting ugly or failing. SeeMeCNC machines are made in Indiana, and you can order them as kits or fully assembled. I got it assembled by the company, I didn't build it myself.
Machine is in very good to excellent condition with two exceptions:
- There is a thin chip out of one side of the glass, caused by PETG holding on too tightly and welding itself to the glass (I've flipped this to the bottom for now. I can buy you a new glass if need be, only about $30 from the company).
- There is a service bulletin enhancement that I have not done, to add an additional groundwire somewhere. I can't do this one myself, as I don't have or know how to use a multimeter for testing it, but the machine has not had any issues at any point.
I did upgrade one of the fans in the base to a quieter Noctua fan - the other loud fan in the base is housed in/with the power supply itself, which I didn't want to mess with.
I'll throw in a spool of filament if you need one!
