98-99 Modulus Genesis. The Genesis basses were developed and designed by both Modulus and Michael Tobias to give a balance of carbon fiber stability and soft tone woods not strong enough to be neck woods by themselves. The result is hyper focused punch and articulation without the sometimes sterile or one dimensional tone of a complete carbon fiber neck. Also once acclimated and set up it will stabilize and rarely need to be adjusted, even with seasonal changes.

Rosewood fingerboard carbon fiber supported with what I believe is tulip wood neck
gloss black with many swirls no serious damage just cosmetic
Fantastic balance with low action frets are good and truss works, I had it set up and never had to touch it.
