Up for sale is my beautiful 1995 Alembic Elan 5 in wineburst with FretFX markers and OHSC. I picked up this bass last year and it looks, feels and sounds amazing. I simply have too many basses on hand for someone who doesn't gig. So, my loss is your gain. The bass is in EXCELLENT condition. It hasn't left my house since I bought it last June. There is one tiny mark on the front of the bass (treble side, near the neck pickup, but too small to photograph) about the size of a pencil point. That's about it. I won't claim that it's mint, but it's about as close as one can get for a 21 year old bass.
The previous for sale page has all the specs and another link with a detailed history of the bass. It was refinished back in 2003, however, it was done at the Mothership (aka Alembic!) and as you can see it turned out great: SOLD - 1995 Alembic Elan 5 string - REDUCED $2800.00
