Very clean and sounds great. I picked it up locally about a year ago. I haven't put much mileage on it; it's a bit much for my gigs these days.
Made in USA in 2006. It's essentially a CL with AV styling -- so way cooler.
Comes with soft cover. Bathroom scale says it's 80 lbs.
