Recently moved to the smaller footprint iteration of this preamp so this one needs to find a new home. Phenomenal condition (see photos) and comes w/the original power cord, manual, stickers and USPS box/packing peanuts :)

What is the "dual voltage" feature? Is it so you can use outside the USA?

Correct. From the manual:

"If your Oracle is Dual Voltage (120V-60Hz/240V-50Hz), it may be switched as follows: with the unit unplugged, gently pry off the fuse holder with a flathead screwdriver. Slide out the PCB, flip it over, and reinstall."
