Good condition, early model pre-curser to the S12-D. 1 Single 12 inch speaker, 8 ohms. Sounds fantastic, weighs about 40lbs. As seen in photos, there is candle wax on the back and side of the cab, been there since I bought it, no effect whatsoever on the cabinet.
