I'm selling my incredible Bernard Walke French Bow that I purchased from David Gage in 2017. This is an incredibly agile and loud stick that can handle both orchestral and solo playing with ease. The sound is neutral-bright and really soars in the upper registers while being articulate and clear in the lower register. I'm parting ways with it only because I had an opportunity to buy a fine Vigneron and need to sell it to finance that purchase. The walke is elliptical shaped and closely resembles the Vigneron in terms of length and weight (I attached a picture for reference).
The Walke weighs 138.5 grams and with a rubber grip (which I can include) weighs 143 grams. It was also recently recambered and looked over by Sue Lipkins and has a clean bill of health!
