Background:
After spending some time around the house over the Holidays, I’ve come to the conclusion that I have a gear problem. Basically, I’ve accumulated a lot of stuff for one project or another, then the project finishes, I go back to using whatever I usually use, and the new gear goes into the closet. Everything that I am selling – please see my other posts – is minimally used. While I like having it around, I feel like it’s time for this gear find a new owner who will give it more playing time and attention.
Terms:
I am only interested in selling, please no trades. Shipping is included if you are within the continental USA – more if outside. Also, if you are in or near the DFW area, then I will take $40 off due to not having to ship the item – you can just pick it up. If you are interested in more than one of my items, please let me know – I am willing to consider a better price for someone purchasing multiple items. This is item 11 of 12.
Item: Boss GT-10B
Price: $300 USD
Details:
This is about 5 years old. You can get a new one for about $500 from many outlets, so this is a relative bargain. I am also including all of the original documentation and a 2 disc CD tutorial that I got for it – unfortunately, I no longer have the original box. No modifications have been made. The specifications for this pedal are standard and available on the web. Condition is very good – everything functions, no noted cosmetic damage – rehearsed a quite bit and gigged and/or recorded about 50 times – always in a non-smoking environment in any scenario.
I am the original owner and I have used this pedal quite a lot for recording and playing out. It is very solidly constructed and incredibly versatile in terms of all of the sounds you can create. I’m selling this because I’m mostly in situations now where I just go direct or through a tube preamp and then direct. Even when I was using this pedal all the time, I probably used about 3% of its functionality – like having a Ferrari to drive around the block. Anyway, this is probably better off in someone else’s hands that will get more use out of it.
