    Buscanti Newport, essentially a Jazz bass. Good condition, sounds great. Has EMG JVX pickups.

    There are some dings I've tried to show in pictures.

    Love the sound but want a medium scale with an easier reach.

    $625 shipped CONUS includes tweed case.

    Wow!!!

    One of our early builds. That's serial #7009 made in 2006. Looks to be in excellent shape. Aside from the neck plate (obviously) and the pick guard, it looks all original.

    It has served me well. Neck plate got switched for reasons I can't remember when I was having it set up at a local shop. Pick guard should be original.

    Don’t know much about these but it looks pretty! How does it set up? Weight? Any idea where they get bodies and necks?

    Weight is 9.4 on a digital bathroom scale. That feels accurate to me. If by setup you mean action it sets up well. Can't say I've ever had it super low but truss rod works fine. Not sure on source of parts.

    Yes. Has some sort of EMG circuit. Just sounds like a nice jazz to me but I can't say I've compared it to others directly.
