A really nice sounding (but could be better looking), very lightweight flatback shop bass from the 1920’s via the Hofner world of basses in Czechoslovakia. Price reflects the condition. 42.5” scale, neck reset with generous over stand. Original ebonized maple fingerboard. A pretty mediocre refinish. A healthy, gigworthy bass as is, it was my number one for a while—restored, this bass is worth $5-8k according to my luthier.
