how good is it for filming? what about the sound capture?

Max video resolution is 1280 x 720 (HD, 30fps), and it can make pretty good videos... Sound capture is good for general purposes (e.g. weddings, vacations etc) but for musical performances, probably not so much. It seems to be focused on the frequency range of human voice.
