I've got a bit of an oddity. This is a 7 string fretless what was made by a now-defunct luthier- he never finished the pair and I only got an unfinished fretless. Long story. But the bass was finished by Michael Dolan and is a spectacular piece.
I'm moving in three days and want to lighten my load of instruments I rarely play (mostly because I rarely play fretless).

Wenge and movingui neck
Waterfall bubinga top/back/headstock
I forget the species, but some type of ebony fingerboard
East 3-band preamp
Custom Nordstrand pickup
15mm spacing
39 finger positions
Moderate weight- don't have scale, but it's lighter than comparable Conklins because the body isn't huge.
It plays like a dream, and sounds great. I've just never been able to really jive with it because of the bad experience with the original builder, though he did great woodwork (as you can see).
$1200 OBO + shipping. Priced due to move. Comes with a custom hard case.
