    This preamp is killer it's profile and the Kern IP-777 are my 2 main tones.
    It is seriously as good as it gets.

    This one is pretty clean and has super minimal rackrash.
    It is missing one of the center stacked Freq knobs but it's no big deal to switch the knob back and forth on the rare occasion you wanna change the freq. I reached out to Demeter to see if I could get a replacement knob but they haven't emailed me back yet.

    It has an EH tube in it, I put a really nice NOS JAN Tube in it and it didn't make enough difference to justify leaving the expensive tube in it because the EH already sounds so great.

    Killer preamp, one of the best there is and this is a great price. BTW, Amazon has knobs that fit for very cheap.
