DiMarzio Area J set in cream. Got them for my, newly acquired, 1982 Jazz Bass. Decided to go with an older, more “age accurate” looking, Ultra set. The Area Js are detailed, quiet, pure sounding and have an even response. Sounded great with the flats I have on this bass. Dual Coil, so no 60 cycle hum. Currently wired for standard operation, plenty of lead wire. The Ultras have a more Boom and ZING sound happening... less pure, but I like the worn look. I paid $135+ Tax. Asking $100. Comes with original box and black, DiMarzio screws.
