This pains me, because I really really really wanted to love this bass. Up for sale is a Dingwall Combustion 3x 4 String. I currently cannot find a single nick or blemish on this bass. It looks and feels absolutely brand new to me. It has the stock EMG preamp installed, and includes some extras:
1. Very nice Gator gig bag
2. Darkglass Tone Capsule Preamp (Not installed)
3. 1 extra set of Dingwall strings
4. 1 D-bird rotary switch (3x rotary switch currently installed)
The sound and look of this bass absolutely slays, but I just can't get used to the neck. I've never bonded with anything longer than 34" scale, but I was hoping that this would be an exception. I'm sure someone is going to love this thing, it's just not for me! With both preamps, as well as with both rotary switch options, you have a lot of different flavors to choose from. I'm willing to give a bit of a deal if you can do without the DG preamp / Gator gig bag, and / or if you can pick the bass up locally in the SoCal / L.A. area. Thanks for looking!
