Includes everything pictured -- a few longer and shorter cables already assembled and a few extra lengths of cable. 20 plugs, enough for ten cables. A couple of the preassembled ones have heat shrink on them, but they can be disassembled the same as any others.
As a warning: I will say that these can be trickier than some other solderless pedal cables to get right, and I prefer to use a cable tester when I'm making them (the $20 behringer one is great). It's easy to either not tighten the ground screw enough or over-tighten it, and a cable tester makes it much easier to be sure you've got it just right.
Once these are assembled they're fantastic -- the plugs are super tiny and can be used as straight or right angle. I've never had one fail, and I like them a lot.
