EHX Freeze Pedal. Very useful. Allows you to play a note in order to "drone" a note (or a chord for that matter) so that you can play a scale over it for practice. Can be used for live performing if holding a note forever, so you can play over it useful to what you are doing.
Used a little in my non-smoking home, but not a bunch. Includes everything in the pictures, including an un-used EHX power supply that came with it originally (I bought the pedal new). Pre-installed good quality velcro for your convenience...
