It's hard to see from the site, but how do these just plug in a standard Jazz bass pickup lead?

You push down the top button on each slot with a flat head screwdriver then put the lead in the slot. When you let go of the button it holds the pickup lead in place. It's labeled on the PCB, but the inputs are N+, N-, B+, B- (left to right in the picture, starting after where the output jack is connected)

EDIT: The ground wire connects to the flat head screw post on the lower right.

Greetings and Salutations, fellow Tulsan!

Is this harness still up for grabs? I have one in a previous parts-bass project and want one for my next.
