SOLD Eminence RN4 Electric Upbright Bass

This is an excellent-sounding and highly portable upright bass. With a removable neck and small body, it has the portability of an electric upright bass. However, with the hollow body and Fishman pickup, it has the tone of a double bass. It is excellent for travel; it packs into a specially-made hardshell golf case, which is within the allowable baggage size for any airline. Including the case, it weighs sufficiently below the weight limit on airlines, so you can avoid excess baggage fees. It only takes about 5 minutes to pack up or down.

I'm selling this bass because I mostly play electric these days, but it is hard to part with. The bass comes with soft shell case, removable neck case, hardshell case and stand. The only issue I have had is that adjustable endpin is sometimes takes a little extra force to move. However, it's never gotten stuck and I've always managed to get the bass into the right position. The bass also has some light scratches on the body and a very small chip missing on the head, but nothing noticeable from a distance. It plays just fine!
