2001 Rick Turner Ren for sale- I purchased this from another TB'er, and would not be parting with it were I not purchasing another more expensive bass and trying to keep the peace at home. Not sure what the body wood is, I am guessing mahogany, but has a wonderful grain. This bass is as close to perfect as a 11 year old instrument can be. After purchasing it, I shipped it to Rick Turner's shop for a full set up, which included installation of a new nut and a level and refinish of the fingerboard. Currently strung with TI flats, the keyboard player in my band describes the sound as "melted European Chocolate". The action is low and fast, sounds very rich and growly. Also included is a set of TI Acousticores that have maybe five hours playing time on them. Includes a Levi's gig bag that I received with the bass. Price $1695, or best offer.
