Hello TB, I'm looking to trade my Fender Jazz V. I played it for a while and loved the sound, but I'm just not ready to make the jump from 4 to 5 strings.
One issue with the bass is for some reason a previous owner sanded through the finish on the right hand cut-out on the body. I have no idea why he did this, but it does not affect playability. The sanding is just enough to break through the finish and does not change the shape of the body.
I'm interested in trading for other 4 string basses (especially basses with maple necks or short scales) or any components of a mini-rig of doom (i.e. lightweight head or cab). Just let me know if you are interested in swapping anything to get your hands on a Fender with a low B!
