For sale is a white Fender American Original 60s Precision Bass with an American Original 60s Jazz Bass neck. It is in excellent working condition but has some paint chips and tiny cracks. The neck has some red paint on it near the body joint. It was probably originally attached to a red bass. It has Schaller S strap locks. It comes with a non-period Fender case. The case came to me with a 2000-ish American Standard P Bass.
I purchased this new late last year as a fully loaded American Original body (including original Fender pickup, electronics and hardware) from Stratosphere. At the same time I bought the Jazz Bass neck from Stratosphere, screwed them together and set up the bridge and adjusted the truss rod. It is strung with Thomastik Infeld Jazz Flats.
