Selling my 2015 Fender Classic Series '50s Precision Bass (MIM) in nitrocellulose lacquer! Fender discontinued this model and it’s widely known as an affordable Fender American Vintage 57/58. It has all 50’s specs, lacquer body and a nice tinted amber lacquer neck! The finish is thin so it really resonates and it will age beautifully! Think Road Worn 50’s but without the fake wear.
I added the black thumb rest, Fender Pure Vintage covers and pickups were upgraded to EMG Geezer Butlers! These pickups have a killer vintage tone and can handle any style of music. She’s strung up with brand new Fender flats and weighs right at 8lbs 4.2oz! Comes with Fender Ashtray covers, strap locks and new Fender Vintage 50’s black pickguard.
No functional issues, everything works as it should; bridge, tuners, truss rod, electronics. Has very low action, 3/32 for the G string and 4/32 for the E (factory spec).
