    For Sale is this Fender Classic Series 70's Precision Bass Body in 2-Tone Sunburst. $300 Shipped to Canada or USA.

    They Body is fully wired with the stock pickups, and also has a BadAss II Bridge. The bass is in excellent condition with no dings or scratches. Body is Made In Japan, so a very nice thick Gloss on the body.

    I will also include the original bridge and knobs, as well as the stuff that is pictured.

    I thought the classic series are MIM? My J is 70's classic series and is MIM. Or that is what I was told, consistent with what I have read elsewhere. Would be cool if they were CIJ... Maybe there are 2 versions. Either way, GLWTS and boy it would be sweet to have matching J and P classics!

    The 70's P bass was made in Japan for 1 or 2 years, before they moved production to Mexico.

    Yeah, Definitely Japan. I still have the neck on another body that is stamped Crafted in Japan.
