Made in Japan between 1984 and 1987. This 30+ year old Fender Jazz Bass Special has an amazing feel; played in, but not worn out. It plays great and sounds fantastic. Featuring P/J pups driven by sophisticated active electronics that allow you to nail an amazing variety of tones. P Bass profile body, jazz neck. Fairly lightweight with great balance.
Color: Cream
Bound Neck: BLACK
Hardware Color: Black
Neck Wood: Maple
Neck Type: J bass, 1.5" nut
Fretboard Wood: Rosewood
Pickup Configuration: P/J
Body Wood: Basswood
This guitar has several dings and dents in the body finish, in no way affecting playability but reflecting it's age and character. See photos. The only thing to my knowledge that is not original is the main selector switch which a prior owner replaced with an exact matching switch.
$600 plus actual shipping. Will be well packed, delivered, and insured CONUS. PayPal.
WolfPak gig bag in excellent condition included.
(Shipping estimates are coming in at $70-106, for FedEx and USPS - depending on delivery location)

Interesting trades would include 4 string P-style basses with low fretboard radii (7.5" or less) and 1.5" nuts. G&L models with #6 or #8 necks and verified radius measurements? Medium scales may also be of interest.
