Up for sale is this Fernandes FRB-105. This is a top of the line made in Japan model. It features a beautiful transparent blue finish on an ash body, 3 piece maple neck, and a very nice rosewood board. It is a 34" scale, string spacing is 17.5mm.
This bass has been completely upgraded. It has Bartolini pickups, a Bartolini preamp, a Hipshot USA bridge, Hipshot USA tuners, and knobs. The price of these upgrades is over $700 alone. It also comes with a Fernandes hard case.
It is in mint condition. It is seriously close to new. Even the case is like new. Truly a closet queen.
Seems some of the best deals in the bass world are the top of the line MIJ Fernandes. You get way more for your money versus most other manufacturers. The prices they sell for are laughable, as in, you will laugh out loud when you play this instrument for the first time, saying "I can't believe I only paid $500 for this thing."
