Selling my beautiful '98 Pedulla 6 String Thunderbass Lined Fretless. Asking $1350. This is a fantastic, great sounding and great playing fretless 6er. I really don't play much electric bass anymore and have whittled my collection down to a 4 string Jazz. This will be the last to go. Hasn't been played outside my home since 2004.
Was gigged regularly from when I acquired it second hand (Atomic Music in College Park, MD) in '01. Shows only a few very minor surface scratches to the finish on top and 3 or 4 small belt buckle dings on the back. Fretboard coating is chipping a small bit at the end of the fretboard, B-string side. Otherwise she's in perfect condition.
I don't know much details about the specifics of the bass. Top has a nice dark flame to it. Pickups are Bartolinis. Knobs are black, the bridge and tuners are gold. Includes original Pedulla hardshell case (in perfect condition). I can't figure out how to get small photos on this post, so PM me and I'll email you photos.
I'm in Brooklyn NY and would prefer local pick up. You are welcome to set up a time to come by and play the bass (the strings are ancient and my amp is trash, but we can work around that). I'd be willing to discuss shipping options in some cases.
The only trades I might be interested in would be DB gear. I'm looking for a new bow and amp (Acoustic Image Coda). Let's find this bass a happy home!
