This is the best sounding Rat, with best sounding mods IMO.
On the utility front, True Bypass, a boss style 9v jack, and an indicator LED have been added to make this classic Rat more user-friendly.
Tonally, a 3 way clipping switch has been added, and the double Ruetz mod has been done to give you absolute control over treble and bass clipping.
The 3-way switch goes from Normal Rat, to no clipping/boost, and then LED clipping.
If you've ever heard of a Fuzzrocious Rat's Tail, this is actually it in a smaller can. The greatest, grinding bass tone I've ever heard can be found my using the no clipping option.
