Folks, this is a terrific preamp. You can get lots of drive from the gain tube, or just clean warmth. The EQ section has it's own 12AX-7. Both the very flexible compressor and the EQ are defeatable, and nearly everything either has a mode switch or a parametric control. There are pads, phantom power, a good DI effects loops, etc.
