Up for grabs is an extremely rare 4 String Fodera Monarch. It is used. Some play wear, but it is in good shape for it's age. It was made in the mid 90s. It is made from presentation grade Curly Chestnut Burl, which is very hard to find these days, due to the fact, that it is debatabley extinct. The bass has a Mahagony Body, Chestnut Burl top, with amazing figuring, and super curly, 34 Inch Scale, 3 piece maple neck, Ebony fingerboard, Mike pope 3 band eq, and bartolini pj pickups.*Amazing action and Playability. These chestnut foderas are really incredible instruments, and anyone who knows anything about these, knows that they were all made from one tree. American Chestnut is one of the rarest woods these days. There was a blight in the 1930s that wiped the population out, with the exception of a few warriors. Don't miss out on the chance to order a special bass, that can't be replicated!
