Bought these strings recently on here, but I decided I don't like them any better than my Evah Weichs. They're in great shape though the previous owner said they were old-ish. I installed them carefully, and there's no visible damage on the pegbox side. I think they're the perfect set to test if you / your bass would like dominants.For the record I thought they were exactly like some other people on here have described them: louder, fatter, less twangy, slight more stiff Spiro Mittels. Unfortunately on my bass, that means big sound but not enough pop on the front of the note for my taste.
