First is an early G. Gould bass. I don't know the production year. Geoff told me it was one of his early basses. I replaced the 17mm ABM bridge with an upgraded 16.5mm Hipshot A bridge. Also installed Hipshot ultralight tuners. Alder body, with a purpleheart laminate and Canary top. Alblone dot inlays. Three piece maple neck, Pau Ferro(ID'd via Geoff) finderboard. 35inch scale. EMG DC pickups, EMG three band EQ,18v.
The bass has been played and in used condition. Decent rub on the back of the neck which is pictured. Plays and sound fantastic! Very fast and comfortable neck. Gig bag included.

Dave did such a good job with the bass demo I wanted to share it to get a good idea of the sound.

Dropped the price $400.my Modulus Q6 to justify keeping. If I didn't own my Q6 I wouldn't consider selling this bass, especially at this price. Someone is going to LOVE this bass.
$ 1700!!

Please PM for any questions.

Oh, man. This is a great bass. I just couldn’t see the fretboard dots well enough to keep it, and I use the dots when I play - had to add the stickers when I had it. Other than that - this bass is a ridiculous value at its current price. Plays great, sounds fantastic. If I didn’t have three other 6 string basses already I’d consider buying it back. Ok, a part of me wants to buy it back. Awesome bass :)

I have a quick question, do the stickers coming off? and were there extra drill holes for the replacement 16.5mm bridge?
Also were the replacement tuners drop in replacement or were there extra drill holes as well?
The bass sounds AWESOME!!!!

The stickers are no longer on the neck. See the pictures I posted of the bass.
I did drill new holes for the bridge. Hipshot shares the screw hole pattern with ABM on their A style bridges but since this one was a different spacing I redrilled the body for the new bridge.
The original tuners were gotoh and the Hipshot tuners are direct replacements.

Thank you for the reply, I'd just had listen to the video and didn't look at the pic's, feeling kind of stupid right regarding the stickers but thank you again for the response to the questions.
