I love love love this bass. Unfortunately, I could really use the money for holiday shopping and my sons 1st birthday party. I'm sure there will be another SB-2 in my future, so I'll let this one go for now.
2014 model, in excellent shape. I really can't say there are any blemishes that I know of, but I don't have it in front of me to go over with a fine toothed comb. There is some marking at the truss rod access area, which is because the nut is a little low into the wood. I did some research and apparently some of their instruments just have the hole cut too low. The truss rod moves with no problem. This one has a quarter sawn neck, but it's not listed on the specs. The vintage white finish is really awesome.
The bass is set up in CGCF with Kalium balanced tension strings. The nut was filed a little on the low string slot to accommodate the larger gauge.
EDIT I filed the nut slot and recut it for a standard size E string. Currently strung up EADG with new Kaliums.
