GK 700rb II head. I'm the original owner and have owned this head about 2 years. It is in excellent condition, only a couple of minor scuff marks and a tiny ding near the back cover. The amp has only been gigged 3-4 times and has sat in our rehearsal space most of it's life. Power cord and manual included.
