    For sale- two European plain varnished gut strings- not metal wrapped.E only used a couple of hours.A has never been put on.$100 for pair shipped to lower 48 states.

    I also am interested in what make of strings and specs as well; plain? Wound?

    I will get pics and specs up.They are both plain gut and varnished.Hand wound in Hungary.I've decided to go with metal E and A. I'm keeping on the D and G!

    A is marked 4.2mm. E is 5.2mm or .2inch.

    I guess you are not going to let us know what make of strings you are selling. I can't help but wonder why.

    Sorry for the delay-got called out of town! These strings are handmade in Hungary.You can find them on Ebay.They are not the "Global" made in India strings.
