It has some wear from being used, but it works perfectly.
I do not have the mounting screw that attaches to your headstock. At least I can't find it at the moment anyways. Price includes USPS standard shipping.

Sure, tried to upload a pic on my iPad earlier and it wasn't working. There's a tiny bit of paint wear on the lever and some on the inside of the plate (the part that goes against the headstock that you don't see). Otherwise it's in excellent shape.
