Up for sale is my used Hohner headless bass with PJ pickup configuration and a new gigbag. The bass is in overall good to very good condition with three small dings on the neck and body. Attempted to take photos of two small blemishes through to the wood about the size of a side dot on the neck. There is a third in same area which is in pics. This model goes back the 1990's with the Steinberger licensed tuning system. With no s/n not sure of the exact age, but its likely late 90's - early 2000's. This one has a bolt-on neck 34 inch scale, 1 5/8 width at nut, 24 frets, passive pickups, VVT knobs and wiring upgraded with new pots and a push-pull series / parallel switch and newer aluminum knobs like the Nashville-era USA Steinbergers had. When in series (up position), only one volume and tone are active. Frets and rosewood board in great shape. Bass plays and sounds amazing with series engaged and gets piano like clarity and attack and is easy to play sitting down with the pull-out "kickstand" leg rest. The ultimate travel bass at 6lbs 10 oz, the bass comes with the USA made "R. Best" handmade gigbag which is very true to all original specs of my USA Steinberger L2 bag only with a little more padding. 450 plus $35 shipping to conus only. Reduced to $399
