1983 Ibanez Roadstar II RB820 in the silvery gold that these came in. One passive humbucker with volume/tone and a parallel/split/series switch. Sounds powerful and great. All original except for a couple of screw holes in the headstock (pictured). Strung with Dunlop flats. 8lbs 12oz.
I'm not bonding with the P-ish neck, but it's pretty rad. It's definitely been around the block. The original tuners hold tune great, but one of them is a bit wobbly when changing strings. It has some dings and a bit of fretwear, but it's a great, great old bass. $350 shipped in Continental US.
Trade interests include other Japanese basses with pizzazz and thin necks, Jazz basses, P-Basses/PJ-Basses with a J neck, or medium-scale basses.
