I bought this bass when I was getting serious about six string basses. I studied a lot on this bass, took it to a few band rehearsals, maybe gigged once - really can't remember. The strings have a light touch to them and with the wenge and Bartolinis, it gets acceptably close to an MTD - on a budget. Taken for regular/seasonal set ups by a proper luthier, fingerboard and body have been kept oiled.
Extremely comfortable to spend hours with sitting or standing. The thin neck and close string spacing is easy on the hands. 16.5mm string spacing (see details below) encourages chord playing - this is a player!
Comes with the original Ibanez hard shell case. If you look really closely, you may see a mark from regular use here or there, but I couldn't get any to photograph.
