For sale here is my Ibanez SRFF800, well used but in great working condition.
To start I'll just give some history on this particular axe, I've owned this beast of a bass for about 3 years, whilst in my possession it has been well looked after, used solely for noodling and home studio jams and recordings, it was gigged a fair amount by the owner prior to me who was the one who bought it new but like with all absolute workhorse examples of any instrument all that did was bed it in well and prove its resolve, apart from a couple of minor cosmetic marks (ive made an effort to show these in pics) this thing is built like an extremely slick, solid tank. It plays and feels amazing...
you can easily find the specs for this bass online so i wont go into detail but the neck on this one is as true as they come, sickeningly fast and accurate as sin. I'm unsure if its ever had a refret before I acquired it but they are still in near new condition.
As you can see from the pictures, this bass is fitted with Aguilar DCB pickups, selected by myself and fitted by a talented guitar techy near me, the original barts were/became microphonic which was a nightmare especially when used in active mode so they were swapped out.
It has been restrung with heavy gauge stainless steel dunlops recently and had a proper setup. Priced to sell given the pickup upgrade and time proven mojo of the bass but will consider the right offer, only selling due to building new pedal board, some of you will know the heart breaking drill... my music is going in a direction atm where a couple of other basses are more appropriate and i need more pedals hence the sale which i will likely regret in 6 months lol.
happy to post via recorded courier in a gig bag and boxed securely at buyers expense.
prefer UK sale, thanks for looking,
Regards.
