For Sale: Jeff Berlin Standard Czech Made
Bass plays effortlessly. Straight neck. Great tones. With both pickups full on, my guitar player said he could feel it in his chest and in his bones! With both pickups up, you really can get a slammin' sound. I'll try to get a better description up soon...and better pics. Great bass. I'll be sad to see it go. Comes with a gig bag. I hear these were made in the same factory as Spectors. -Dean wouldn't respond to my emails and I was told they don't even consider it their bass.

When I bought this bass the nut was bad so I had a bone nut cut. I also had a small shim added to the neck pocket to be able to get really low action.
Here's a link to some sound clips I made.

Sound clips were make with a Shuttle 9.0 EQ FLAT No shaping engaged. Mic. about 2' away from a very flat sounding 12/6 cab with no tweeter.
The strings aren't new and my playing's not the best, but I hope you can hear the large pallet that this bass Has to offer.
It's a special bass that needs a good home.
I would consider trade for a MTD Kingston Fretless 4. I use to have one and miss it...probably like I'll miss this one. It was black with a white pick guard and very light.

The polyurethane has some cracks from cold weather and then playing in a hot bar and there's some belt rash I tried to show.
