I recently acquired this fretless bass and I have picked it up more lately than other, more expensive basses. It sounds excellent, feels amazing and is just so playable.
The preamp is a Bartolini EZQ which allows a lot of tonal versatility especially with the Jerzy Drozd pickup and piezo. You can get uprightish sounds, almost tuned drums with the low pass filter fairly closed, and it can do mwahhh for days if that is your thing.
I paid a bit more for this bass than I am selling it for (I need to finish a home studio). My price also includes: the Jerzy Drozd case & shipping.
