Korg AX3000B, a well-featured preamp/fx board with amp and cab modeling, some nice modulation fx, all the standard bell-and-whistle fx, which mostly sound really good. Balanced and line-outs, external aux fx loop, headphone jack, etc. It's just way more than my simple needs require.
