Bought here on Talkbass and I'd prefer to keep it in the family.
This has to be one of the lightest basses I've ever played. My digital scale doesn't recognize less than 10lbs.. When I do the old 'weigh myself and then the bass with me', I get 8.3lbs consistently. Not the most definitive method but its always 8.3.
It has Aguilar 4J-70 pickups now which make up for the slightly flat sound it had before. The Aguilar's add great low end heft, chunk, and grit to it.
It also has Hipshot He6c Xtender
This is a killer bass. The ONLY reason I'm interested in selling is because I have a chance to get an Alembic Epic. The only bass I ever sold and regret.
