Got this bass in a trade here on TB. It came with humbucking ChiSonics, push-pull electronics and chrome Tele style knobs.
I contacted Bo at Hanson pickups/Lakland and bought the correct single coil ChiSonics (CS4) and also installed the correct volume and tone pots and black knob set. The single coil ChiSonics are pretty amazing pickups. It's now configured like the typical Decade and weighs 9lbs, 4ozs.
Overall, just a great bass with the awesome build quality Lakland is known for. Setup with DR Sunbeams.
