This is a USA Lakland LH3 prewired onboard bass preamp. 3 Band, 4 Pot Version. Came out of a USA 55-AJ. Nice upgrade for any active bass!
Configuration: VOLUME (push/pull bypass), BLEND, MIDRANGE, BASS/TREBLE Stacked. Circuit board has dip-switches with 6 different midrange frequencies. Includes black knobs for stacked pot. See pics for details.
