    1 5/8" brass nut
    Nice tobacco burst finish.
    Vintage tint on neck.
    Jazz pickup in the bridge position professionally installed.
    (It looks like a Seymour Duncan to me)
    This bass has a plywood body with an Ash veneer.
    The neck plays and feels pretty darn good and the fret wear is what you'd expect from an older instrument.
    10 lbs on the scale
    Truss rod works.
    Honestly I think these early Hondo's are a good value.
    The body has some scratches here and there, very typical of it's vintage.

    I’ve played a couple of these and both had a great feel and vibe. Would love to have one in the arsenal, excellent value. Good luck with the sale.
